Energise mist - Lightly mist above your head and the spaces around you. Used to assist in increasing focus, energy, motivation and act as a natural pick me up + mood booster. Contains - Wild orange, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, bergamot, tangerine, clementine, vanilla, FCO, distilled water
Prepare- Using oils in perineum massage before birth can help in assisting reducing the chance of tearing during birth. Start massaging from 34 weeks daily. Using a few drops, massage the thin skin (it will become thicker and less sensitive) on the lower rim of the vagina with the index finger and thumb for approximately 1 minute. Whilst massaging, concentrate on relaxing your mind, body and breathing deeply. Contains - Lavender and frankincense essential oil, fractionated coconut oil. Post birth use- Use on stretch marks or dry skin
Post partum Mist - For assistance in post partum cooling relief. Spray onto the area post birth. Contains Aloe vera for cooling relief and must be stored in the fridge. Contains- Lavender, Geranium, Frankincense essential oils, witch hazel, Aloe vera + distilled water.
More Milk Roller Blend - Apply to upper breasts (avoiding the nipples) up to 3 x daily to natually assist in boosting your milk supply. Not reccomended for longer than 10 days use at a time. Contains- Fennel, Basil + fractionated coconut Oil
Calm- This soul soothing blend assists in balancing emotions, reducing anxious feelings and providing feelings of tranquillity through mind, body and soul. Peaceful, relaxing, calming and supportive properties. Apply to the pulse points, wrists (inhaling deeply), the back of the neck and soles of the feet in times of need. Baby time- Use this blend on your pulse points and in a lower back massage. Naturally assists in stimulating regular contractions after labour has started (not recommended to be used before your due date). Pain relieving properties and those that promote feelings of love, calm and tranquility. Can be used post partum aswell for emotional benefits. Contains- Clary Sage, Frankincense, Jasmine, lavender essential oils + fractionated coconut oil.
